Member Eligibility

Membership is open to practices specializing in pediatric healthcare services, encompassing both primary care and specialty clinics.

Requirements for Members

To join the Children’s Health Care Network, practitioners within a member practice must:

• Ensure Data Sharing: Implement direct messaging capabilities and become part of either Carequality or CommonWell Alliance for electronic health record interoperability.

• Mntn Quality Standards: Conduct their practice in accordance with our high standards, ensuring consistency with the network's quality image and values.

• Participate in Contracts: Engage with third-party payors and managed care programs, allowing for tlored options based on specific needs.

• Licensure: Hold a full, unlimited, and unrestricted Texas license to practice medicine.

Continual Oversight: We request biannual updates regarding licensing status and any changes to credentialed providers such as physicians MDs, osteopaths DOs, physician assistants PAs, or nurse practitioners NPs.

Network Connection

Children’s Health also operates within the Children’s Health Care Network through its provision of specialty, ancillary services, tertiary care, and quaternary services.
