In pursuit of this objective, Bethesda Medical collaborated with the Learning Enterprise Alliance LEA as a member of the IAL’s Centre for Workplace Learning and Performance CWLP, leveraging the expertise of the National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning NACE@IAL. A meticulous diagnostic process was followed by co-creation sessions and targeted interventions to address performance gaps.
Diagnosing Existing Challenges
In line with Bethesda Medical's project, an initial step was taken to identify existing performance gaps related to service delivery and grooming standards. Meetings were conducted with the CEO and management team to gather insights on business goals, desired service quality, and pinpoint any deficiencies. Focus group sessions with staff provided valuable frontline perspectives that highlighted areas needing improvement.
